The Director’s CUT
The Director’s Cut features three dance works, two choreographed by Graeme Murphy and one by Narelle Benjamin. Graeme Murphy’s CUT was the main Act at 40 min and all were filmed at the Sydney Opera House in May 2006.
Choreographer’s Note: “With CUT, I indulged in a work that in some ways looked back over my shoulder at some key motif that had emerged in my choreography over the years. During this process, I reveled in the emerging talent of the dancers and also took great pleasure in those dear and wonderful artists of longer standing – ah the heady complexity of fine port.” Graeme Murphy AO
