SONG OF THE NIGHT

Originaly created in 1987 for the Nederlands Dans Theater in The Hague, Graeme Murphy’s Song of the Night is a non-narrative work based on the music of composer Karol Szymanowski  Symphony No 3, Song of the Night.

Sydney Dance Company premiered it at the Drama Theatre, Sydney Opera House, on April 7, 1989 during The Choreographer Dances – Gala Performance.
